This weekend I was craving the most delicious Butter Cake ever!! It’s super easy to make and I promise you, you and your family will love it. We had a barbeque and I wanted something sweet to go with our food. I also made peanut butter cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, and brownies! I guess you can say I had quite the sweet tooth! Let’s dive into this delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
1 package of yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick of butter
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pound of powdered sugar

I used a hand mixer, but you can also use a Kitchen Aide mixer

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 slightly beat egg with dry cake mix and butter to a moisty dough consistency. Grease a 13x9x2 inch pan and press mixture evenly in the pan.
Soften cream cheese (can use the microwave) and beat remaining eggs and vanilla until creamy. Beat in powdered sugar gradually and beat until smooth; this takes several minutes. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 350 degrees (325 if using a glass pan) 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
