I am obsessed with exfoliating! You may think I’m crazy, but it’s literally my favorite product to buy!! This blog post is all about my favorite body scrubs, polishes, and exfoliators.
My favorite sugar lip polish exfoliator from Fresh is a must! I use this every 3-4 days and sometimes more depending on the weather and use of lipstick or lip liners. During the winter, my lips can be extremely dry, but this scrub is perfect because it adds moisture and I also follow this process with the lip balm that comes in the set. You can get this item directly from the retailer or from Sephora.
Josie Maran is a genius because her Argan Sugar Body Scrub works wonderfully and smells amazing. The consistency of this scrub is the reason why I buy 4 containers a year. It’s great to use all over and smooths rough spots fast! I use warm water to rinse this off. If my hands are really dry or flakey, I’ll grab some of this to use after washing my hands.
Dove’s Mango scrub was an impulse buy at the grocery store. I love smelling fruity scents during the summer and the tropical mango scent is phenomenal. This scrub has a great consistency as well and beautiful color. It rinses off easily too. I usually follow this with the Dove Foam mango body wash. Victoria’s Secret Scrub Down exfoliator is great for legs and feet. It does leave behind a lot of moisture and the scent is light and perfect for frequent use.
Lancer’s Exfoliating Polishing Scrub is my favorite for my face and its perfect for combination skin! I read the reviews for this product four years ago and decided to give it a try. It is amazing! I scored mine at Nordstrom’s online. There are millions of super grainy beads that make your face and neck feeling smooth for days, and it’s perfect for the girl that wears makeup or sweats a lot during the gym. I can say that I see improvement in acne scars overtime with the use of this scrub and other facial cleansers.
Also, there is another great exfoliator by Josie Maran which is perfect for cleaning your face. It’s a different formula which is a powder and it’s great to add to your face-washing routine. It’s pretty safe for daily use and helps remove any traces of makeup. Next up, is Bath and Body Work’s Strawberry Pound Cake scrub smells so yummy! This was my first time trying any scrub from them and I was pleasantly surprised by the texture, consistency, and smell. After using the scrub, I use the strawberry pound cake shower gel!
